TERMS OF SERVICE

These are the Terms of Service for any purchase made on the EliteHitNetwork Store. When you purchase, you are agreeing to and acknowledging all of our terms.

  1. By purchasing or donating, you are making a payment to support our server.
  2. Any single package purchased on the store is considered an individual item.
  3. You agree to the CraftingStore Terms of Service.
  4. You agree and follow your payment gate’s Terms of Service.
  5. We reserve the right to give, revoke, or change your access to EliteHitNetwork.
  6. By accepting the terms of this document, you waive your right to take any action, legal or otherwise, against anyone or anything related to the server, website, staff and administration, members, or any other services relating to this server.
  7. You acknowledge that if any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any way, the parts found to be invalid or unenforceable will be considered fully valid and legally binding.
  8. All terms and conditions listed on this page are indefinitely binding and active after the purchase, regardless if you are removed from the server in any way.
  9. Any attempts to bypass any parts of our Terms of Service will result in a permanent ban for the username across all accounts on all platforms associated with EliteHitNetwork.
  10. You may not purchase an item for a player with the intent to chargeback. This will result your ban across all platforms associated with EliteHitNetwork.
  11. EliteHitNetwork staff will not ask you for any personal information regarding payment or offer a refund for your purchase. We are not liable if you decide reveal your payment information.
  12. You must be the payment gate holder as well as the Minecraft account and/or server Minecraft name holder to submit a payment issues request on forums. Your request will not be processed if you do not supply the accurate information. We do not take responsibility for any hindrances or problems that occur when the server Minecraft name and/or Minecraft account holder and the payment gate holder are not the same person.
  13. You may not hold any of the EliteHitNetwork staff or associates liable for any issues that may occur from purchases.

REFUND POLICY

  1. All items listed on the EliteHitNetwork store are digital intangible goods. The items are virtual and have no “real world” value. Any transaction you make are final and may not be refunded.
  2. If you are under 18 years of age, you must purchase with an adult or with an adult’s consent. We are not liable for any issues that may arise from conflicts associated with this and we will not refund any purchases made without the consent of the payment gateway holder.
  3. You will not be refunded if you are banned from EliteHitNetwork. Bans may be revoked or given at any time and are subject to the full discretion of the server staff. Rules on bans may be changed at any time without explicit notice.
  4. If you use a different Minecraft account or name to log into EliteHitNetwork, it will be registered as a new account on our server. Items purchased for the specific username you entered for the store will not be transferred to your new Minecraft name or account. You will not be refunded for any name or account change.
  5. If you have lost your EliteHitNetwork or Minecraft account credentials, such as the password, you will not be refunded any purchases made on those accounts. We will not refund you for any item you may have purchased on an account you are locked out of or restricted to enter into.
  6. We do not guarantee that the server will stay open indefinitely. It is subject to operation changes and players may not be able to enter. Since there is no guarantee, your virtual items may be forfeit.
  7. We do not offer refunds for any issue concerning server technical difficulties. Difficulties such as lag, game glitch, server restart, maintenance, are not subject to a refund.
  8. If you decide to chargeback or forcibly refund, you will be banned from the server and you will have forfeited your purchased EliteHitNetwork goods.
  9. By purchasing, you confirm all your information is exact. We do not refund for any incorrect or faulty information.
  10. We do not supply refunds if you accidentally charged twice or made an additional payment. Any accidental payments made in the EliteHitNetwork store are final.
  11. All purchases of a rank must be done through the official EliteHitNetwork store. We neither recognize nor endorse any third party sellers, which include staff members, donators, or any member of the community. The items you see on the store are the only items we are providing for purchase. We do not supply refunds for purchases made to third party sellers or for any item not sold in the store.
  12. We only accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Paymentwall. We do not accept responsibility for failed payments made through incorrect payment information. This includes using the wrong the payment method to fill out your information.
  13. We do not refund for any items lost when a gamemode changes. Changes may occur during resets, updates, or remakes.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we take measures to protect your personal information. Below is how we use it.

  1. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order. Your information is securely stored.
  2. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone, including companies and organizations.                                                                          


ABOUT THE ELITEHITNETWORK STORE

The EliteHitNetwork server and store are in no way affiliated with Mojang, AB or Notch. It should not be considered a company endorsed or sponsored by Mojang, AB. Do not contact them for any issues that may arise.

Any contributions or purchases made on this store goes to support the EliteHitNetwork server costs. Server costs include, but are not limited to, updating existing gamemodes, creating new gamemodes, creating new games, updating server code, updating server plugins, fixing technical difficulties, server expansion, and improving the quality of gameplay.

If you do not receive your purchased item(s) in more than 48 hours, please contact us on forums at Payment - Issues by creating a post.
